Registration
R1,000 once-offNon-refundable. Payable on enrolment and again if a previously enrolled child returns.
Sibling discount
R100 per monthMonthly discount for each enrolled sibling, as stated in the 2027 policy.
Computer lessons
R200 per monthFor children aged 3 and older. Already included in Grade R fees.
Late collection: R150. Extra-murals and excursions are not included; parents are advised of these costs separately.

A copy of your child’s birth certificate
A copy of the vaccination report
Bank confirmation letter if arranging debit order—confirm availability with Tracy

What time does the school day begin?
Breakfast starts at 08:00 and lessons at 08:30. Learners should arrive before lessons begin. Collection time is agreed with the academy; contact Tracy to confirm the full-day or half-day arrangement.
What should my child bring?
The application pack includes a detailed list for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and Grade R. Everyday items include spare clothes and age-appropriate snacks. Label all belongings and request your child’s full age-specific list.
When are fees due?
Fees are payable monthly in advance. The finance policy offers several payment-date options, while an earlier section of the form refers to the 7th. Please confirm your agreed due date and payment arrangements with Tracy before enrolment.
What are the withdrawal and refund terms?
The 2027 policy requires one month’s written notice for deregistration and states that fees paid are not refunded. Please read the full policy with the academy before signing.
Can I apply through this website?
You can request information or the application pack through WhatsApp. The site does not submit a formal enrolment application or collect identity and medical documents. Complete enrolment directly with the academy.
